SPLASH DAY 2024 supporting RMHC DETROIT:
Every year, Village Green Apartment communities join together to celebrate the summer with a fundraising event called Splash Day! It’s a fun party for residents, associates and our preferred vendors and suppliers.

Splash Day began in 1991 when a Property Manager accepted a dare to jump into the community’s unheated pool if pledges were made and funds donated to a worthy cause. The tradition has evolved to include caring people at over 150 properties vying to raise the most money, have the most fun and win the coveted Splash Day Cup! This year the funds will once again support Ronald McDonald House Charities Detroit and the families they serve.
